Shipping & Delivery
We process all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding Holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days via United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Once your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the tracking details. For domestic orders, the delivery confirmation number will allow you to track the progress of your package through the USPS website until delivery.
For International Orders we offer multiple shipping services but the standard is USPS First Class Mail with Insurance. This service can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on location. Your order will include a USPS Customs Declaration number as proof of shipment. This number will help you track your package inside the US and in some selected countries. We are not responsible for delayed packages once they leave the US. Some items may be delayed if held by your local customs for additional inspection but once an item clears customs, it is handed over to your local post office for delivery. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS, not guarantees, and based on the average time most orders took to arrive.

We are not responsible for any import duties & tax fees associated with your purchase. Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you check with your local custom's office for more information regarding importation taxes and duties that may be applicable to your online order and what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are regulated by International law & are strictly enforced in some countries like the UK.
Any packages that are not claimed or called for once the delivery attempt is made and are sent back to us will inquire a $6 fee & shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchange

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you'd like to return any item(s) from your order please feel free to contact us with your Invoice number & we'll send you our returns form. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase or 14 days for in-store credit. The item(s) must be in new and unused condition to qualify. Shipping costs will not be refunded & are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 3-5 days from the day we receive your return for us to process the package.
